MMP Team

Welcome to Merton Medical Practice. This site is constantly evolving, so please forgive any mistakes or omissions. We are making ever effort to ensure we have included all the information our patients require.

The practice was originally located at 156-158 Merton High Street between 1989 and August 2002, when we moved to Abbey Parade. The new premises have allowed the practice to expand the services it provides to the local community. The practice is part of Merton Clinical Commissioning Group. Merton CCG is spearheading developments in the local area to improve the medical care to residents.

Merton Medical Practice is a friendly NHS General Medical Practice serving the local residents of Merton, South Wimbledon and Colliers Wood. Click here to view a map showing our location and the area covered by our practice.

We are accepting new registrations from residents within this area only. Please read the ‘How do I register?’ paragraph in our FAQ section for more information on how to register.
