We have become aware of an issue with our telephone service, which is resulting in patients who call the practice being put on hold without the phone ringing in our reception.
Our lines are normally very busy between 08:00-10:00 and 14:00-16:00. Outside of these times we aim to answer all of our calls within 5-10 minutes. If you do call outside of our busy periods and find that you have been kept on hold for 10 minutes or more with the automated voice advising you that you are first in the queue, then please consider hanging up and calling us again.
