28 patients from Merton Medical Practice joined the Digital Day Out (August 2025) organised in conjunction with our neighbouring PCN practices (with thanks to Armaan Kohli & Charlie Woodman). Attached presentation/output from the session which was extremely well received.
Based on the feedback, the practice has ensured the following:
– Additional roles at the practice are highlighted on our website as well as on a poster in our waiting room.
– Our in-house admin digital enabler has undertaken further sessions to support digital upskilling of our patient population.
– Waiting room posters highlighting benefits of how to use NHS app including how to seek support.
– Staff continue to utilise Enhanced Access appointments appropriately.
