PLANNED SYSTEM UPGRADES: Wednesday 8 July, 12:00pm–2:00pm

We will be carrying out essential system upgrades between 12:00pm and 2:00pm on Wednesday 8 July.

During this time, we are likely to experience intermittent disruption to our clinical and telephone systems. As a result, there may be delays in responding to patient enquiries, processing requests, and accessing our usual services.

Where possible, we kindly ask that you contact the Practice outside of these hours for non-urgent matters.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding while these important improvements are completed.

APPOINTMENTS: Our appointment system has changed!

Please click on contact us online (Accurx) for any admin or clinical queries, including requesting an appointment, which will be reviewed on the same day for a response. All clinical requests are reviewed on the same day by a GP.

If you are unable to complete an online form, you can still walk-in or call reception. The same questions as the online form will be asked. This will be reviewed and a plan shared with you in a timely manner. Find out more about how we are changing appointments (PDF).
