Making Appointments

You can book an appointment online.

Alternatively, you can either phone the practice or book at reception. Appointments are available in the morning, afternoon and evenings 5 days a week and can be booked on the day or in advance.

Our normal doctors appointments are for 10 minutes.

Accessibility For Patients With Hearing Impairments

Due to COVID -19 there is a necessity to wear masks to keep patients, as well as staff safe.

If you are deaf, the use of masks will hinder your ability to lip read.

We therefore ask that you email ahead of an appointment or email in to arrange an appointment.

This will allow us to prepare for your arrival ensuring you receive a good service.”

Emergency and Urgent Appointments

If you need an emergency appointment, please call the practice as early as possible. Our receptionists will ask for your contact number, and the GP on call will call you back.

Should the GP consider it important to see you immediately, they will invite you to attend the surgery on the same day.

Appointment Types

• Telephone appointments – Patients can call and request a non-urgent call back from a GP.
• Appointments on the same day – Please call our reception at 8:00 to book an appointment on the same day.
• Appointments in advance – Pre-bookable appointments are also available to book.
